Care
We recommend hand-washing with mild soap or machine washing on a gentle cycle with cold water then air dry. Once your Maileg friend dries, give it a nice massage to get its body back to its original shape and form.
Exchange
We are unable to process any refunds unless you have received a defective or damaged product that is the last piece we have available.
We allow size exchanges for apparel* and footwear (same product and variant) within 14 business days of your purchase in person at A Greener Wood, subject to availability. Apparel under 'SALE' do not qualify for exchange. For us to facilitate an exchange, the apparel or footwear must be unworn, unused and unwashed with original tags/label attached.
