Refund policy
REFUND
We are unable to process any refunds unless you have received a defective or damaged product that is the last piece we have available. Please contact us at care@agreenerwood.com within 5 days of receiving your parcel - we are here for you! Upon confirmation of product defect by the principal brand, we will process your exchange or refund within 30 days of your purchase.
If the item shows signs of use or wear and tear, an exchange or refund will not be provided.
EXCHANGE
We understand that it can be hard shopping for that perfect fit for you and your little ones. Write to us at care@agreenerwood.com to request for an exchange approval.
For us to facilitate a successful exchange, the apparel or footwear must be unworn, unused and unwashed with original tags/labels/packaging intact and in pristine condition.
We allow size exchanges for apparel* and footwear (same style and colour way) within 14 days of your purchase, subject to availability. If the size of your choice is not available, we are regretfully unable to conduct the exchange.
*For hygiene purposes, swimwear and intimates cannot be exchanged.
All products under 'SALE', purchased with a discount code or not under apparel and footwear category do not qualify for exchange.
