Shipping policy


Here at A Greener Wood, our A.G.W. Elves are committed to getting your packages to you as soon as possible. This means, however, that all orders are final once you have placed them. You will not be able to amend orders, combine orders or change delivery options.

But we understand - mistakes happen. If you would like to cancel your order and place a new one instead, please contact us at care@agreenerwood.com within 60 minutes of your purchase so we can help - we are here for you!

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We cannot wait for you to receive your parcel! For domestic orders within Singapore, please allow between 3-5 business days for Standard Shipping (S$6) and 1-2 business days for Express Shipping (S$12). Standard Shipping within Singapore is on us for orders above S$100.

During peak seasons such as sale and festive periods, expect 6-10 business days for Standard Shipping and 3-4 business days for Express Shipping within Singapore.

For Express Shipping and Lalamove Same-Day Delivery, place your order before 1PM on a working day for it to be processed on the same day. 

All orders placed over the weekends and public holidays will only be processed on the next business day.


 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are working to get the best international shipping rates for you. International Shipping options are available at check out. If you are unable to complete your order, write to us at care@agreenerwood.com. We are here for you.

Shipping costs will be based on the weight or volumetric weight of your items, whichever is higher. Kindly note that you will have to bear all import taxes and fees.

You can only pick up your parcel after you have received a pick-up confirmation email. Kindly refer to the email for pick-up schedule. 

You have to pick up your order within two months of the date of your purchase. After which, your order will regrettably be forfeited and there will be no refund processed.
