Here's a simple egg muffin recipe you can try -
Prep: Preheat your oven to 180ºC and generously oil/spray the baking tray with oil or butter
Whisk: In a medium bowl, whisk together 6 eggs, 1/4 cup milk, black pepper (and/or herbs/spices) until well combined
Fill: Fill tray with ingredients of your choice, chopped/diced (consider spinach, cheese or capsicum)
Pour: Pour the egg mixture in till each section is 2/3 full
Bake: Place the baking tray in the oven and bake for about 25 minutes till egg muffins have firmed up and/or the tops are golden brown
