This is a kids’ book about shame. Yep, that messy thing we all carry but like to hide. But shame is such an important topic to talk about – especially with kids.

This book was made to help kids aged 5-9 understand feelings of shame, and what they can do about them. Because guess what? We all feel shame at times, but sometimes we just don't know how to talk about it. That’s equally true for kids and grown-ups. Shame doesn't make us anything less than enough. It just makes us human.
