/ What is your exchange policy?

Upon email request, we allow size exchanges for apparel* and footwear (same product and variant) within 14 business days of your purchase. The exchange has to be made in person at A Greener Wood, subject to availability. If the size of your choice is not available, we are regretfully unable to conduct the exchange.

All products under 'SALE' and not under apparel and footwear category do not qualify for exchange.

For us to facilitate an exchange, the apparel or footwear must be unworn, unused and unwashed with original tags/label attached - write to us at care@agreenerwood.com with an email request.

*For hygiene purposes, swimwear and intimates cannot be exchanged.
