/ I received the wrong order.

We are sorry to have made a mistake - write to us at care@agreenerwood.com within 5 days of receiving your parcel and we will arrange for a seamless doorstep exchange for you.


/ Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you may cancel your order within 60 minutes and receive a refund - write to us at care@agreenerwood.com with your order number. If more than 60 minutes has elapsed since your order, the fulfilment team is preparing or has already prepared your order for dispatch.

If you are eligible for a refund, the amount will be refunded via the original mode of payment within 2 business days. Once the refund has been processed, it will take another 2-3 business days to appear in your bank transaction history.


/ I would like to add more products to my existing order.

You may cancel your existing order (see above) and make an entirely new order. We are however unable to guarantee that items remain in stock while you place a new order.


/ Can you combine my orders and ship them together?

No, each order at A Greener Wood is processed individually and in queue. We are regretfully unable to combine orders.


/ I entered the wrong shipping address.

You may cancel your existing order (see above) and make a new order with the correct shipping address. We are however unable to guarantee that your items remain in stock while you place a new order.


/ How do I check my order status?

In your order confirmation email, click on “Order Status >”. Alternatively, you may log into your registered A Greener Wood account and browse your Order History.

Exchange

Write to us at care@agreenerwood.com to request for an exchange approval.

For us to facilitate a successful exchange, the apparel or footwear must be unworn, unused and unwashed with original tags/labels/packaging intact and in pristine condition.

We allow size exchanges for apparel* and footwear (same product and colourway) within 14 days of your purchase, subject to availability. If the size of your choice is not available, we are regretfully unable to conduct the exchange. Apparel and footwear under ‘SALE’ or purchased with a discount code are not eligible for exchange.

*For hygiene purposes, swimwear and intimates cannot be exchanged.
