1 - budget
2 - preferences (toys, books, essentials etc.)
3 - colour palette (neutrals, brights, pinks, blues etc.)
4 - gender, if this is important to you, and/or age
5 - “NO” items

If you can give us a brief description of your recipient, that will be most helpful.


/ Will you restock Gift Sets that are currently out of stock?

Unfortunately not. The A.G.W. Gift Set is constantly refreshed to include new arrivals, so keep a look out for new Gift Sets. Alternatively, you may add the items to cart a la carte to create your own gift set.


/ Is gift wrapping available?

Yes, you may opt to add a Gift Box for an additional S$3.

For bulky and large gifts that require bigger boxes or a different gift packaging entirely, additional charges apply. We will reach out to you separately with a payment request.

In some instances, we are regretfully unable to package your gift due to its size or nature. We will reach out to you separately, and process a cancellation and refund.

During seasonal periods such as and not limited to Christmas, seasonal Gift Box prices apply.


/ Can I add a gift message to my order?

Yes, you may include a gift message in the memo box at checkout. Kindly ensure that you press the ‘CHECK OUT’ button before you checkout with Apple Pay.

If you have already placed the order, write to us at care@agreenerwood.com with your order number and gift message.


/ Do you have gift cards?

Yes, you may purchase a digital gift card. The gift code can be used repeatedly till the value of the Gift Card is eventually exhausted, and there is no expiration date.


/ Are you able to leave my gift box unsealed? I wish to add my own items into the box.

No, we are not comfortable having products from brands we do not represent in our gift box. Additionally, we take great pride in our complete brand packaging and do not offer loose packing materials - We seek your kind understanding.


/ I just received my parcel. Which box contains my gift box?

If you have purchased a Gift Box, please open the mailing box you have received. The Gift Box will be nested in the mailing box you have just received.

 

/ Can I send a physical gift card to someone?

We'd love to help you with that - write to us at care@agreenerwood.com with the following:

1 - order number
2 - gift card code
3 - gift message
4 - recipient name, address and contact

We'll follow up with a shipping payment request.

Exchange

Write to us at care@agreenerwood.com to request for an exchange approval.

For us to facilitate a successful exchange, the apparel or footwear must be unworn, unused and unwashed with original tags/labels/packaging intact and in pristine condition.

We allow size exchanges for apparel* and footwear (same product and colourway) within 14 days of your purchase, subject to availability. If the size of your choice is not available, we are regretfully unable to conduct the exchange. Apparel and footwear under ‘SALE’ or purchased with a discount code are not eligible for exchange.

*For hygiene purposes, swimwear and intimates cannot be exchanged.
