/ What are your shipping fees like?

For orders within Singapore, Standard Shipping is $6 and Express Shipping is $12. Standard Shipping within Singapore is on us for orders above S$100.

/ Do you ship internationally?

Worldwide International shipping is available with options from FedEx. Write in to us at care@agreenerwood.com for a freight quote. Kindly note that you will have to bear all import taxes and fees. 

/ When will I receive my order?

Please allow between 3-5 business days for Standard Shipping and 1-2 business days for Express Shipping within Singapore. For international orders, you may expect to receive your order between 3-7 business days depending on where you live.

During peak seasons such as sale and festive periods, expect up to 3-5 additional business days.

/ I need my order urgently.

You may opt for Express Shipping ($12) or Lalamove Same-Day Delivery at checkout. Place your order before 1PM to receive it within 1-2 business days. Do note that we work Monday through Friday and are closed over the weekends and public holidays.

/ Can I select a specific date for my order to be delivered?

This is not available at the moment.

/ How do I track my order?

In your order confirmation email, click on “Track Parcel >”. Alternatively, you may log into your registered A Greener Wood account and browse your Order History.

/ The tracking says my order has been delivered but I have not received it.

This should not happen. Write to us at care@agreenerwood.com and we will check with our delivery partner as to what has happened - We are committed to sorting this out for you. Meanwhile, please check if the courier has left the parcel hidden in your shoe cabinet or riser.

/ I would like to change my order to Express Shipping or Pick Up after my order is made.

If less than an hour has elapsed since your order, you may choose to cancel your order and place a new order with the Express Shipping or Pick Up option.

If more than an hour has elapsed since your order, our fulfilment team is preparing or has already prepared your order for dispatch and will no longer be able to accept order amendment or cancellation.
