Yes, pick up is available for Singapore residents.


/ Do I need to print my order confirmation when I pick my parcel up?

No, you don’t. Just have your name and order number ready when we receive you at the door. We are unable to release the parcel to you otherwise.


/ When are you open for pick ups?

We are open for pick ups on -

Monday to Friday
9am-12pm, 1-5pm

We are closed on public holidays, and may sometimes close for housekeeping or special projects. Please check with us if you’re unsure.


/ Can I make an additional purchase when I come to pick up my order?

No, all orders are to be placed online and will require standard processing time.


/ I just made an order and selected pick up. Can I pick my order up today?

We understand that you may need your order urgently. Please add the Express Pick Up option (S$5) and your order will be ready for collection within 4 business hours. You may only pick up your order after you have received an email notification that your order is ready for pick up.


/ Can I pick my order up if I did not select the pick up option?

No, our fulfilment team is preparing or has already prepared your order for dispatch. If less than an hour has elapsed since your order, you may choose to cancel your order and place a new order with the pick up option.


/ Can you ship out my pick up order? I cannot make it down anymore.

No, your order has already been processed and set aside for pick up, and we do not re-process orders. You are most welcome to send a proxy or courier down to pick up the order on your behalf. Please ensure that this person has your name and order number.


/ Is there an expiry date to collect my pick up order?

You have to pick up your order within two months of the date of your purchase. After which, your order will regrettably be forfeited and there will be no refund processed.
